This decision comes as a result of not renewing our office lease and the fact that the majority of our clients have been successfully receiving care through virtual means.

Our providers across the state will continue to be available to meet your needs and we are dedicated to ensuring that you receive the same high-quality care and attention you have come to expect from us.
